siunitx package

I read your recent TUGboat article about it OK, looks like Lafex need to transition to siunitx. Looking back through my notes, I remember now that this is not so straight-forward.

I have installed TexLive on Ubuntu The best answers suinitx voted up and rise to the top. The package relies on L a T e X 3 support from the l3kernel and l3packages bundles.
